Finding the mythical in the mundane.
Stories have bound us together from the beginning of time. They make us who we are and connect us to who we aren't. I believe in ethical, honest storytelling for the new and better world we're all trying to create.
I am currently a freelance editor based in London. I have a BA and MA in documentary filmmaking and anthropology, having spent the better part of a decade making films and studying them critically. My work has given me some of the most exciting opportunities in my life, from moving to Los Angeles to work on Moonage Daydream (2022) with Brett Morgen, to living in rural Nepal for a summer to direct "Aama", to lugging my kit to various ends of the earth (or my own backyard) for freelance clients and indie doc projects.
My Tarot emblem is an homage to the genius opening of Cleo from 5 to 7 (1962), my favorite film by the one and only French New Wave Queen, Agnes Varda.
